Delivery Prices for Live CDs of Ubuntu, Kubuntu & Xubuntu + Bonus Disc

If you are buying multiple copies of Ubuntu for family and friends, and would like the bonus disc with each, please factor each extra disc when adding delivery when paying (or just wait for your invoice and I'll add the correct amount). If you are buying all three flavours of Ubuntu for yourself, then you'll only need the one bonus disc (as there only is one type), which means you still pay the first delivery rate (1-4 Discs). If unsure, simply wait for your invoice.
To speed things along, it would help if you also email me and let me know what you would like if you've bought multiple items (especially if needing more than one bonus disc with the purchase). If you've bought one item and paid straight afterwards, please notify me immediately if you want anything other than the standard Ubuntu i386 Live DVD, as I pride myself on fast delivery so contacting me with your choice the next day might result in disappointment, as your disc will already be on its way.
